Superintendent Goals

Continue to develop and implement plans and opportunities to build unity and uplift morale between staff and administration in order to create a positive school culture during the 2024-2025 school year. 

Continue to develop and implement positive initiatives to improve student and staff attendance for the 2024-2025 school year. 

The Superintendent shall develop a plan to establish a PDE approved CTE-Vocational Agriculture program and present an identified course sequence for board approval with an anticipated initiation for the 2025-2026 school year. 

The superintendent, in collaboration with the building principals, shall establish quarterly data analysis of student performance in grades 5-8 and develop an MTSS plan for students failing to project proficiency on state testing in order to improve meeting interim state targets for the 2024-2025 school year.
