Superintendent’s Message

I am honored and proud to serve as the Cameron County School District superintendent and am excited to work with the CCSD Board of School Directors, the students, administration, faculty, staff, and community. With our commitment to our students and our community, we can strive to be the best, offering an excellent educational foundation, diverse learning experiences, and opportunities to prepare our students for their future.

As your superintendent I welcome the opportunity to work together towards achieving the very best for our students and our community and through open communication we may together strive to accomplish our goals.

According to Section 1073.1 of the Pennsylvania School Code, superintendents must be evaluated via an annual performance review using objective performance standards.

The Superintendent’s evaluation is based on the following objective performance standards:

  • Student Growth and Achievement
  • Organizational Leadership
  • District Operations and Financial Management
  • Communication and Community Relations
  • Human Resouce Management
  • Professionalism

The Cameron County School District Board of Directors evaluated the Superintendent on May 29, 2026 and based on the above criteria for the 2025–2026 school year, found the Superintendent's performance to proficiently meet the agreed upon objective performance standards.

The Superintendent shall develop and implement a parent advisory committee for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Superintendent shall develop a new Mission Statement and Vision Plan for the district for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Superintendent shall implement a non-cell phone usage policy for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Superintendent shall establish a plan for creating ongoing supportive professional relationships between administration and faculty and staff for the 2026-2027 school year.
